Right of withdrawal

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance after the consumer has expressly agreed that performance may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal, and the trader has provided a confirmation (Section 18 (1) 11 FAGG).

This consent is obtained via a checkbox before every purchase and stored with a timestamp on the order.
